Professor James F. Tracy, a true American Patriot and Champion of the right of free speech and of free public inquiry

This man is the best that we’ve got. He laid it all on the line for you, risking everything on your behalf. Now in typical form, the powers that be and CIA asset and NWO mouthpiece
Anderson Cooper have moved to “crush the rebellion”, and make a one-man Waco out of him, by ostracizing and villifying him publicly in order to foment public backlash against both him and the university he works for, Florida Atlantic University.

So from what I hear, Professor Tracy is now under official investigation by the university as a result. Do I have to tell you that any college is a for-profit corporation, surviving strictly on tuition fees and public donations? So you do the math.

Show this man you’re not a complete lost cause ready to stand idly by and watch silently while he’s thrown under the bus right in front of your face. All he did he did for you…

Now give back. Fight back. Stand up and be counted. By standing up for him now you’re not only showing him, the world, and the “powers that be”  his sacrifice was justified and that you’re a cause worth fighting for, but you’re rising up in support of your own right to free speech and free public inquiry as well.

You stand up and support men like these when they lay it all out on the line, for you, and on your behalf, for his rights are your rights. To stand idly by while these rights are stripped from him is to throw these same rights in the garbage yourself, while sending a clear and unequivocal message that you don’t value these rights very highly, that you don’t place them in the highest regard.

Well you need to start.  Before you lose them. Because they are under direct attack, as evidenced by what Professor Tracy’s going through now.

James Tracy: FAU Opens Investigation, Leaving Him Unsure of Job Status

FAU professor James Tracy has been under fire recently — more than 800 news outlets have reported on him — after a series of posts on his blog in which he suggested the Newtown, Conn., massacre had many unanswered questions and may not have happened the way it was reported.

And now the tenured professor says the university has launched an investigation into his comments, asking to meet with him later this week.

Tracy believes FAU is feeling pressure from its donors, unsure about giving money to a university in the news for a conspiratorial professor.

“They’re getting people calling them saying that this person shouldn’t be teaching, he’s an awful person and what have you, so I think that they have to do something,” Tracy said. “I don’t know what there’s going to be. I don’t know if that would involve stripping me of my tenure and dismissing me, or what. That’s something that’s ultimately for them to decide.”

FAU has refused comment through Media Relations Director Lisa Metcalf, citing it as a “personnel matter.”

The university’s faculty union president, Chris Robé, did not return multiple calls.

The firestorm started when Tracy released his first post on Dec. 20 about Newtown, questioning the media narrative. “Behind the meticulously crafted façade a deep vagueness and sorrow remains that cannot be wholly explained away by the made-for-television storyline of an awkward and lagging young man who inexplicably murders his mother, destroys his computer hard drive, gains access to a supposedly high security facility and proficiently executes 26 individuals within minutes,” he wrote. “Yet only in an age of almost universal deceit is the public asked to accept such without further inquiry and comment.”

His blog posts weren’t picked up by the mainstream media until he wrote this on Dec. 24: “While it sounds like an outrageous claim, one is left to inquire whether the Sandy Hook shooting ever took place — at least in the way law enforcement authorities and the nation’s news media have described.”

Tracy was unsure of his future job status, but did make one thing clear.

“But, you know, if they intend to fire me, ultimately, how good of an institution is it? If they’re not going to stand up for free speech and ideas and things of the like, then I’m not too sure I want to be here, either.”

[Ed note: The previous headline in this story said FAU is investigating Tracy. These statements are according to Tracy since the university will not comment if there is an actual investigation pending.] (Sources: Ryan Cortes, Lulu Ramadan, University Press: FAU’s Student Magazine)

Random Student Comment

“Many professors at many Universities around the world regularly say outrageous things and do not get fired, Tracy is no different. FAU even hosts some of these professors as speakers and laud their abilities to speak freely, controversial or not, and welcomes them openly. But what is happening here is a clear PR move that as a long-time FAU student, I’m not surprised by. Our donors are very fickle and want to maintain a pristine image that doesn’t really exist.

“The University knows that Tracy can be a bit of a firebrand but he makes a point of trying to make students think critically about issues he raises, even if that means saying something controversial. But is this a fireable offense? Hardly. After seeing his interview, he makes it very clear that he’s putting forth ideas to get people to think more deeply about what’s been going on and how it’s been covered. But is the University worried about what he said or bad PR? It’s the latter.” — An anonymous FAU student commentator

    Hello John,

My name is Mike and I read your blog on and off. After reading your latest entry I sort of want to say, “Everything that is happening today is a reflection of our society.” We just don’t give a crap anymore. Don’t get me wrong, for the most part our society does care, but we have become a reactive society. It takes an event for us to react.

Just look at recent events on the massacres occurring throughout the country. Everybody now wants to ban assault rifles. Why does the average American citizen need an Assault Rifle. And please don’t tell me that the animals are going to rise up on the hunters and take their revenge.

So like I mentioned, our society has become reactive instead of proactive. And when we do become proactive we still don’t give a flying leap. Just look around you when people are driving. Most states have outlawed texting, but we are still doing it. I kinda wish it was just the younger folk, but to be honest it’s essentially everyone who has a cell phone.

I wish I had the answers to solve life’s issues. Problem is that I have my own problems and concerns.

I’m waiting for the day when the human race is going to be removed from being No. 1 on the food chain. Then we might realize our mistakes, but as usual by that time it will be too late.

I will end this little note of mine from a quote from a movie that came out almost 30 years ago. It’s from the movie Aliens. Sigourney Weaver’s character Ripley is trying to figure out should they kill Burke or let him live. “You don’t see them fucking each other for God Damn percentage.”

That’s what life has boiled down now, a freaking percentage.

  3. Thanks for the heads up, John.

BTW, I am on your e-mail list for updates, but I often
don’t open them because some have contained nudity. I
am an old lady who would rather not see that, although
I completely support your right to post it.

Remain honest and soldier on. Success will come.
